Frequent crocheter

Nice, sturdy, basic kitchen towels.  The weave is even enough that it is possible to use them for counted cross-stitch without using waste canvas (I just count over two threads), although the vertical weave is slightly larger than the horizontal, making some patterns seem slightly stretched (I haven't found it makes enough difference with most of the small motifs I would put on towels to be a problem).  I like that the entire surface of the towel is uniform, allowing for complete freedom in choosing where to add stitching.  I've never used the included patterns, so I can't speak to their use.
